The hotel offers thirteen spacious rooms of a high comfort level:

Studio (single-room, kitchen area), five rooms. Rate—3,000 rubles; |

Lux (two-room, kitchen area), one rooms. Rate—3,200 rubles; |

Standard twin (single-room, two-bed), one room. Rate—2,800 rubles. |
From one to three persons may share a room in addition to the basic number of guests for an extra charge—25% of the room rate. Cost of the meals is not included into the room rate. At your wish, we may offer you breakfast for an extra charge.
All rooms are equipped with:

All rooms of Ubilejny-Lux Hotel, besides one standart double room, have kitchen areas with a complete set of kitchen equipment (refrigerator, electrical stove-panel, microwave oven, electrical kettle) and a set of utensils, plates and dishes, necessary for cooking and servicing a table.
